According to Superdata, a high increase in the adoption of virtual reality is expected, similar to what happened with television and mobile phones.

SuperData has shared an infographic, which is presented in the recent SVVR, about the current state of virtual reality and we can see what role has the hardware and software on the revenue generated in the first year of commercial products, what type of software to sell more, how will the adoption curve of 2020, many people are interested, how to grow the revenue in these early years, what range of age and sex have users, and how many devices are estimated to have been sold in 2016.

 

 

 

A high increase in the adoption of virtual reality is expected, similar to that of color television and mobile phones.

 

 

By 2020, about 40,000 million in revenues are expected, surpassing software in 2020 to hardware profits. In 2017 there will be a growth of 168% compared to the previous year.

 

Users between the ages of 18 and 34, between men and women, are the largest audience in the United States.

 

The infographic concludes here, showing a clear optimism about the future of the industry that is expected to grow strongly in revenue and users year after year.
