Friday, 26 March, inter-regional company of communication (MRK) “southern telecommunication company” (STC) announced the signing with the government of the Republic of Adygea Agreement on cooperation in the field
of communications and Informatization.
According to the operator, the parties intend to jointly make efforts for realization of project “Electronic Government”. While STC has committed to invest in the development of their ICT infrastructure
the territory of Adygeya about 72 million rubles, the money the company intends to spend on the organization FTTx access in Maykop, the development of networks of broadband access on xDSL technology, on
construction of fiber-optic communication lines Koshekhabl – Kurganinsk, as well as modernization of multiservice communication networks of its Adyghe branch.
Adygei government, in turn, pledged to assist the operator in the negotiation processes for the development of networks and to ensure provision of state support in the implementation of investment
projects.
