Dungeon Nightmares II will be compatible with Oculus Rift

The sequel to Dungeon Nightmares, a classic played by more than half a million people on different platforms, is preparing to be compatible with Oculus Rift. Rated as one of the scariest games, Dungeon Nightmares II is inspired by the classic dungeon games with randomly generated maps and permanent death, which increases our tension as we go deeper into the heart of the dungeon.

Its creator claims that there are many who have asked him about a possible support for Oculus Rift, and it is something he has always wanted to do, but now he has officially confirmed that he is going to work on it. It does not yet have a DK2 and states that support for Oculus Rift will not affect the development of the game, which does not make it clear if it will come later in the form of a patch or if it will be ready from the start (we are inclined to think that it will come later), but in any case it is something that, sooner or later, will arrive.

At the moment, we can vote for the game in the Greenlight campaign, as well as download the demo available for Windows, Mac and Linux, in case we want to try it on our monitor. The features of the game, a little in the key of humor, are as follows:

  • Support for Oculus Rift
  • Endless nightmares
  • Intense and frightening atmosphere
  • Non-combat gameplay mechanics
  • 100% randomly generated maps
  • Permanent death
  • Terrifying visions
  • Rich 3D sound
  • Intelligent AI that changes based on the way we behave every night
  • Sweaty hands
  • Simple and intuitive controls
  • Created with Unity3D
  • Sleepless nights
