According to the Analytical Center of ANO “Consortium “Telecommunication technologies” (ANO TT) in the first half of 2020, the total volume of public procurement of telecommunications
equipment (TKO) in Russia amounted to 54.8 billion rubles, with growth in the second quarter by more than 25% compared to the first quarter. The share of domestic MSW in public procurement is not
exceeds 6%.
The largest customers of TKO in the first half steel, PJSC “Rostelecom”, the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation, JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie”, JSC “Russian Railways”, which had more than 50% of all public procurement. PJSC “Rostelecom”

The largest volume of procurement of TKO in the first half of 2020 came in the category “radio equipment” (11.3 billion rubles), telephony (8.4 billion rubles) and “primary backbone fixed network (7.5 billion
RUB.). The volume acquired TCR in complex procurement amounted to 8.8 billion rubles.
Procurement of TKO under the 223-FZ in the second quarter of 2020 showed a decrease of 24% compared to the first quarter and amounted to RUB 14.2 billion Procurement under 44-FZ in this period showed significant
growth, 185%, and amounted in the second quarter of 16.3 billion rubles. While the purchases of Russian MSW amounted to H1, less than 6%, and the volume of purchases of domestic products from the registry REP (in
accordance with sub-RF 878) was only 0.46 percent.
More than 27% of total purchases of TKO in the 1st half made the purchase with the substantiation of impossibility of application PP of the Russian Federation 878, in the second quarter of 2020 their number has increased more than 6 times – c 1,7
billion rubles to 12.9 billion rubles. the Main reason – the absence in the Registry REP required categories of electronic products, the discrepancy between current characteristics of Russian equipment requirements
