The Tesla Cybertruck has been announced as a real off-road monster, thanks to its traction that can be 4×4. However, it seems that it’s not all honey on flakes, as the super truck can get stuck in the snow and we just saw it being rescued.
The snow beats the Cybertruck
In the last few hours, a video has gone viral on social networks in which you can see how a Tesla Cybertruck got stuck in the snow, during its trip to acquire a Christmas tree at the Hollow OHV Trail Corral, a route about 23 km from Kit Carson, California. In the footage it can be seen how the driver performed all possible maneuvers, but the van was simply completely stuck.
In the end, a Ford F-150 gasoline pickup truck was the one that had to intervene to rescue the Cybertruck, pulling it with a rope. Jim Farley, general director of Ford, corroborated in his X account that this is not about an advertisement, but a simple coincidence that 2 vans of his brand were nearby to help the electric van. You can watch the video below:
Just to be clear… this is a Super Duty and NOT advertising. Glad a @Ford owner was there to help. https://t.co/Rr78EY9k2T

According to reports on social networks, the Cybertruck in question was a preliminary version of the Cybertruck and not the final model. Therefore, it could have had software problems that affected the traction control, as well as it could have been missing components that help with handling in difficult terrains.
Whatever the reason for this accident, it definitely doesn’t seem to be very good publicity for Tesla, which has trumpeted to the four winds the power of the Cybertruck. Thus, unintentionally wanting, it is rather Ford the brand that benefited from this imbroglio.
