The company confirmed in a live during Gamescom that there will finally be 5 missions compatible with virtual reality.

Bandai Namco, which was showing at Gamescom the traditional screen version of Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknow, shared (we can see the exact time on this YouTube link) at the fair that virtual reality mode for PSVR your next aircraft game will feature 5 missions, offering an estimated duration of 3 hours. A number well below the 15 hours reported by the company last year. These missions, which will theoretically bring us the “same narrative depth” and “same chaotic battles” as those in the main story, may last approximately 20 to 30 minutes each.

The latest trailer released last week once again highlights in a corner the compatibility with PSVR through the aforementioned mode, which means that we will not be able to enjoy the more than 20 missions included in the full game.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknow will be available on January 18, 2019 for PSVR.
