ADSL vs. Mobile broadband
Are you considering whether to choose ADSL or mobile broadband? It may be a difficult decision, but in this blog post, I take a closer look at the advantages and disadvantages of ADSL and mobile broadband respectively.
Mobile broadband has a clear huge advantage over ADSL, and that is that you can take mobile broadband anywhere. You are not tied to a fixed location as you are with ADSL.
By contrast, mobile broadband suffers from the disadvantage that there is only one who can use it at a time. This means that it is not suitable for families where there is a need for multiple people on the internet at the same time. This can be done with ADSL.
ADSL is also usually a little faster than mobile broadband, it is better if you need to download large files and the like. However, mobile broadband is catching up with ADSL in this area, and within a few years, the difference is probably not really existing anymore.
But if you want to have internet with you on the go, mobile broadband is the right choice. If, on the other hand, there are many who should be able to be on the web at the same time, then it is probably more ADSL you should look at.
