Alternative to Windows defragmentation
Here is a good alternative to Windows defragmentation. With the program Piriform Defraggler, you have the ability to defragment folders or files without running the entire drive through. The advantage of the program is that you can run it in the background without using too many resources etc. It also works for 64-bit file systems as well as both NTFS and FAT32. The program is free and can be on a floppy disk or a USB flash drive, as it takes up less than 1 MB.
