The company G2A, which has an online store, announces Blunt Force, an experience focused on the Second World War that combines FPS and exploration.
G2A is developing Blunt Force, a new shooter with touches of adventure, dynamic gameplay, and whose story is being written by screenwriter Mark Bristol who has worked on films such as Mission Impossible and The Edge of Tomorrow, among others. This is the first full-length game that the company is preparing, after having created other titles such as G2A Land, a virtual amusement park.
With Blunt Force they intend to create an exciting adventure with a deep story and improved gameplay, taking you away from the typical point-and-shoot game. The title will have two simultaneous stories, the first one whose events will take place before the war, and in which we will have to look for hidden clues and secret information. And a second one that will take place during the war and will be the shooter part. The latter will have two game modes, arcade and challenge.
The goal of the arcade mode will be to eliminate as many enemies as possible, and will include simplified shooting mechanics, allowing even new players to fully enjoy the experience. The challenge part will be more complex with more difficult objectives to eliminate and new weapon handling mechanics such as manual reloading. Blunt Force has been in development for several months now, and will be released in episodes starting in 2017.
