Auto login Windows Vista
Here’s a guide to getting Windows Vista to log in automatically, even if you have code on your user. The advantage of it is that you can take it over with RDP (remote desktop), and still avoid typing code in when sitting physically in front of the computer. Smart if it is used at home privately, and you need to access it via your work etc. There must be code on it to take over with RDP (remote desktop).
1. Press [Windowsknap + R] at the same time, then comes the box below. Here you need to write “control userpasswords2” and press “OK”
2. Now you need to select the user you want not to enter the password anymore, and remove the check mark in “Users must provide username and password to use the computer“then press “OK”
3. Now comes the picture below, here you need to write the code you have for your user 2 times. Now try restarting that computer and it should just log in.
