This weekend Warner Park debuts a new attraction, the Batman: Arkham Asylum roller coaster, which combines the real attraction together with Gear VR.
Samsung and Warner Park present Batman: Arkham Asylum, a new attraction that will be available at their amusement park of Madrid starting this weekend. Batman: Arkham Asylum combines a real roller coaster with a virtual reality experience, so that users are transported to the superhero universe in the most realistic way possible. The roller coaster has 780 meters of travel with 5 inversions at 80 km / h and a capacity of 28 people per trip. The story is that the Joker has released Poison Ivy, Killer Croc and Mr Freeze with the intention of taking over the city, and our adventure turns into an intense and dangerous escape through Gotham City. The attraction can also be enjoyed without virtual reality.
The virtual reality experience is synchronized with each of the movements that we will experience on the real roller coaster, so every turn, rise or fall that we live in the real world will be reflected in the virtual, thus raising the immersion to new heights. Samsung has integrated this type of experiences in other roller coasters such as the one at Six Flags in the United States, in addition to offering different attractions at fairs and events with virtual roller coasters that mix with the real movement of prepared armchairs, as we were able to test in Germany or at the MWC.
