The Belgian railroad company Infrabel is testing a “smart camera”, equipped with sensors that check whether the staff of the mask and whether social distance. The reason for the introduction of
solutions — to combat the spread of coronavirus.
However, given that the solution is not cheap, not implemented one day, a pandemic in many countries of Europe is on the decline, its post-covena operation raises questions.
“Smart” cameras will be installed in five strategic locations in the offices of the company Infrabel. It is noted that the employees of this company usually work together and closely communicate, for example, in the cafeteria.

Thanks to the monitoring of “smart” cameras will identify employees who do not wear masks or are too close to other professionals. They will be issued warnings.
The solution uses AI application. During the demonstration project, employees of Infrabel were presented abstract shapes, the distance between them dynamically measured in meters. Also
AI-the app to recognize individuals who were without masks.
The company Infrabel has about 11 thousand employees. Currently, the company is implementing the project for installation of video cameras on the helmets of technical experts.
