Can I run Windows Vista 64-bit
Here is a guide to see if your computer is compatible with the Windows Vista 64-bit version. Windows Vista 32-bit may well run on the 64-bit version, but not vice versa. The advantage of running the Vista 64-bit version is that it can have more ram installed, whereas the 32-bit version can only have a maximum of 3 gb ram. However, there are also some newer programs that support 64-bit and there will of course be more with time.
1. Start by going in panel
2. Then select System and maintenance
3. Choose now Performance information and tools
4. Then click on View and print details
5. Here you can then see that my computer / laptop faktsik is Windows Vista 64-bit supported.
