The optics giant Carl Zeiss has decided to manufacture a mobile case baptized as VR One, which will hit the market before the end of the year for a price of € 99. At the moment it is only available for iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S5, although very soon there will be other options available for phones between 4.7 ” and 5.3″, which leaves giants such as iPhone 6 Plus and Galaxy Note out of the game.
Compatibility with future phones will be made by changing the tray, made to measure for each terminal and that will have a price of € 9.90. VR One includes two applications that allow you to view 2D and 3D photos and movies side by side.

At the moment it is quite grim in terms of information, since no technical details such as the angle of view or the type of deformation of the lenses have been published, so we cannot give you more details for now. In any case, it seems that the Christmas campaign is very interesting as far as mobile cases are concerned, now we have to see if other manufacturers such as vrAse or VRELIA decide to move tab and announce a definitive launch date, if they do not want giants like Samsung and Carl Zeiss to anticipate them at launch.
