Cyberith is preparing changes in Virtualizer, and Tuncay Cakmak himself, project leader, explains them to us in a video. By the way, thanks to Tuncay for appearing in this video with the T-shirt that Real or Virtual gave him at the last Gamescom.

One of the most notable changes is that the Virtualizer ring will be made of plastic and not aluminum. The reason is to avoid possible interference problems with devices such as Sixense STEM, since in the opinion of Cyberith (an opinion that we share 100%), all virtual reality devices should work in harmony to provide the best possible user experience.
There are also changes in the sensor system of the pillars, which will be optical and this will allow the data to be more reliable and the latency to be reduced considerably. These changes, logically, will result in a delay in the delivery date: August of this year. Of course, those who supported the Kickstarter campaign will receive a Virtualizer with all these changes, which for Tuncay are absolutely vital.
Although the Virtualizer has been designed with the user in mind to use it in socks, there are many requests that Cyberith has received asking for the possibility of walking using conventional shoes, with which some plastic covers will be included that we will be able to put our shoes in. These covers will be included in all devices, at no additional cost.
