Shoot through delicate hostage situations in different scenarios with Sumalab’s game, coming in early access for Rift, Vive and Windows MR.
Sumalab, the Spanish company responsible for the TrainerVR train game, premieres a new virtual reality title: the game VRigade Crisis (Rift, Vive and Windows MR), a first-person shooter in which we take the role of a SWAT member to deal with a hostage situation in a bank robbery. Betting on a low-poly graphic style, to meet our goal we will have to end the threats while trying to keep the hostages and our companions safe.
The current version, which is in early access (they plan to keep it that way for 6 months), allows us to play only one scene: the bank robbery, although they plan to add other scenarios, such as a hijacking of a plane at an airport or other crisis situations. In turn, they are developing “other forms of movement” to make the experience more dynamic, as from what we can see in the trailer it seems that we do not move freely. Multiplayer is also shuffled as a possibility to add in the future, as well as new weapons (rocket launchers, sniper rifles, etc.).
Sumalab wants to involve users in the development and stresses that they are open to suggestions. We can buy the game currently for€ 2.99, since it has a temporary discount of 40% (its usual price is€4.99).
