The most veteran of the place will remember an experience called Deus Ex Machina designed by Mel Croucher in 1984 for Spectrum and other 8-bit machines. After a failed Kickstarter campaign, finally its author will publish a remake of that experience.
Mel Croucher launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2013 that did not achieve its goal, however it has found funding and the remake of this strange and mystical experience is almost ready. Deus Ex Machina 2 will be released on February 21 for Windows and Mac, and later the release date of the rest of the versions will be announced, including Android, iOS, Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus. This is the video of the Kickstarter campaign in 2013.
The narration of Deus Ex Machina 2 will be in charge of one of the most imposing voices on the world scene: Christopher Lee (it was not for nothing that he was given the role of Saruman in The Lord of the Rings), and will have a great cast of celebrities such as Chyna Whyne, Chris Madin, Joaquim de Almeida and Ian Dury. Like the original game, the story is inspired by the seven stages of Shakespeare’s life, from birth to death.
