Deutsche Telekom and Software AG announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement for the provision of services in the field of Internet of things at global level. Deutsche
Telekom and its subsidiary T-Systems, focused on corporate clients, improve its solution “Cloud of things” (Cloud of Things) with Cumulocity IoT platform,
developed by specialists of Software AG.
T-Systems intends to use a connected architecture Cumulocity IoT as a basis for their integrated IoT platform “Cloud of things”. Platform “Cloud of things” is the base
structure that supports a wide range of mission critical applications and allows companies to remotely monitor, manage and control their connected devices and machines. It also
enables you to analyze all stored information.
Now the platform is “Cloud of things” would function Multiplace environment that will allow even better and more quickly respond to customer requirements, and enhance the capabilities of the platform using
many new functional enhancements, such as “streaming Analytics” (Streaming Analytics), the microservices and new protocols. These changes will enable us to develop new market segments, including
industry solutions for “smart home”.
