On the occasion of the imminent arrival of Echo Combat, Oculus and Ready At Dawn they have released the launch trailer and details of the new competitive mode of Echo VR, which can be purchased for $ 9.99 this Thursday (November 15). In addition to the new map and game mode announced in the past by Oculus Connect, this time the Dyson map for Capture Point mode, the Meteor rocket launcher, the Instant Repair healing grenade, the Phase Shift ability to be invulnerable for a few moments, a new progression system (also compatible with Echo Arena) and the increase of players to enjoy 4-on-4 matches.
Echo Combat will have two game modes (Payload and Capture Point) and 3 maps (Fission, Combustion and Dyson). The first mode is to carry a load and the second mode is to defend a series of zones on each map. All those users who have not played any public games will have to make a mandatory tutorial to learn the basics.
This release will also fix some bugs and make some adjustments for a better experience.
