Gaz VR has published the how it was made of the action they showed at the recent AULA educational fair, belonging to the Empathy Subject project, which aims to raise awareness about bullying.
Company Gaz VR, based in Madrid, presented together with Samsung and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport a 360 videoº that recreates a case of cyberbullying among adolescents in an educational center and their resolution by the students themselves. Project Subject Empathy, whose first action was shown at the recent AULA educational fair, aims to raise awareness about the problem of bullying in classrooms and reduce it by involving students. Thanks to the Gear VR experience, a greater degree of awareness and empathy with the victim’s pain is achieved, group action is encouraged and a change in attitude is promoted. Below we can see how it was done, where Gaz VR tells some curiosities of shooting this type of experience.
One in four cases of bullying is related to the use of new technologies, known as cyberbullying or harassment through social networks and mobile messaging applications. This recording technology was used to create a greater learning impact, since according to studies carried out, the learning that occurs through a visualization in virtual reality is 90%, compared to 5% that is achieved only with reading.
