study and analysis of various segments of the Russian IT-market. Based on these data, LETA IT-company came to the conclusion that in the segment of APCS in the coming years will be the biggest
growth.
After making this decision, the Moscow-based company engaged in the search for “known and skilled team”, which could be the basis for the development of a new direction. This approach to

specific technological processes, etc.
According to employees of LETA IT-company, first considered the possibility of the acquisition of various companies operating in the market of APCS. However, when he was found “a common language with ask”, the consideration of other
options for entering this market segment was discontinued.
As the message of the Muscovy company, to the end of the year it will become the owner of 51% of shares of “Group ACK”. In the first quarter of next year, LETA IT-company needs to buy from
shareholders of the group additional 24% shares and thereby increase its stake to 75%.
The amount of the transaction, according to LETA IT-company, will amount to 442 million rubles. the company notes that most of its obligations under the transaction (they must be completed in the first half of 2009
year) associated with investing in the business development of the KSA. (It is worth noting that the group’s turnover in 2007 amounted to 711 million rubles, and this exceeds, as expected, 800 million rubles.)
By the way, with the completion of the transaction in Yekaterinburg, the company has seen some personnel changes. So, in the staffing group added the position of Executive Director. It took
