Berlin The purpose of “unmentioning” is to be able to leave conversations in which you may have been mentioned by others at some point, but in which you have lost interest. Or maybe you just don’t want to have anything to do with the respective topic anymore.
The whole thing works very simply: you have to tap the three-point menu in the corresponding conversation, select the new item “Leave this conversation” and the thing is done.
You will no longer receive notifications about new tweets in the conversation and – most importantly: you can no longer be mentioned in the conversation with @.
