Facebook 360º Enjoy all the 360º content available on Facebook through a single place, thanks to Facebook 360 that is now available for free.
Facebook has announced the launch of a new application for Gear VR with which we can enjoy the whole content in 360º which is hosted on the social network. Facebook has more than 25 million photos and more than 1 million videos with this immersive 360º format, which we will be able to reproduce thanks to this new free application.
Facebook 360 has the following features:
- Explore: Discover some of the most interesting and popular 360º content on Facebook from media, organizations and professionals.
- Follow: Play 360 content that your friends have published on the social network, as well as pages and people you follow.
- For later: Find all the 360 content you’ve bookmarked to watch later.
- Timeline: Relive your memories in a new way through your photos and videos in 360º.
At the moment the application is only available on Gear VR, but Facebook has announced that they will continue to add new features and support for other platforms soon.
