Institute for statistical studies and Economics of knowledge HSE has prepared a report on prospects of development of Russian it industry. The main conclusions of the study were published on the HSE website. There, in particular, it is noted that in recent years the Russian it market grew — the minimum value of growth
5% was noted in 2016, and a maximum of 21.8% in 2012.
However, in the near future the market is expected to decline in the HSE expect that level to 2019 the Russian it market will return until 2024.
However, according to the creators of the document, if the state will help the industry tax incentives and creation of demand for it products, everything can be much better.
