The beta version of the NFT Marketplace from Gamestop is live for just 48 hours. With 3,167 ETH converted so far, the launch can certainly be described as a success. With a trading volume of the equivalent of 3.4 million US dollars, more capital is moving over the digital shop counter in the first two days than the Coinbase NFT Store has implemented overall.
The piquancy: The Coinbase NFT Marketplace has been around since May of this year. But compared to Opensea, the Gamestop marketplace is also fading. According to DappRadar, retailers are selling around 16 million US dollars in value there every day – every day.
