“Host” must build a medical system in KHMAO-Yugra| 28.07.2008
Monday, July 28, a group of “Host” announced that the winner of the open competition for choice the contractor of the project associated with the creation of medical information system in
Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district-Yugra.
To approve an IT company, the main objective of this project is to organize the automated preparation of medical data in medical institutions, their distribution and collection in
the center, as well as the compilation of statistical and analytical reports. When designing the Host intends to use Oracle software and IBM.
According to plan, work on the development of medical information system for Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra will continue until 2010.
The competition, won by “Host”, was announced in early summer of this year and consisted of two lots. The first of them just involves the installation of a program complex, providing the
consolidated analytical reports on the health of the population and activities of healthcare institutions in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district-Yugra. This project was planned to allocate not more than 72 million
RUB
Opportunity to complete this project is interested in three companies:
– “Rintekh” (the alleged price — 62 million 900 thousand rubles);
– “Introd’yus Outsourcing” (70 million rubles);
– “Host” (59 mln.)
The second lot of the competition was associated with the choice of software vendor of the DBMS and software complex for automation of activity of the institution KHMAO-Yugra “County hospital
“Trauma center”” (Surgut).
This lot won capital firm “Medotreyd” requesting for their services to 18 million 500 thousand rbl. (the budget was 19 million rubles).
