Available for pre-purchase for € 439, the Vuze XR camera makes it possible to create immersive content in 360° and VR180, both in 5.7 K, from a single device.

Based on its goal to make the creation of 360-degree video and VR photographic content accessible to everyone, HumanEyes Technologies announced at Photokina the full details of its Vuze XR camera, which is now available for pre-purchase at VuzeXR.com for 439€.

Until November 4th, customers who pre-order will receive a free package that includes a 360° waterproof case, a micro SD card and free worldwide shipping.

The Vuze XR, which ships in late November, allows users to create and share immersive experiences in 360°(2D) or VR180(3D) formats, both in 5.7 K resolution.The camera includes the Vuze XR mobile app, for iOS and Android, and desktop editing software for Mac and Windows, which allows anyone to edit and enhance content with 360° panoramas such as Tiny Planet, as well as stickers and text. Users have the ability to stream live to social networks or share photos and videos. Vuze XR users can create their own VR website to host and share content with HumanEyes Zone, making VR videos even more accessible.

We created a dual 360° camera and VR180, along with a companion mobile app, which gives anyone the ability to capture high-quality immersive experiences that can be shared on the spot. The Vuze XR camera makes it easy and fun to share all your favorite moments from every angle, ” said Shahar Bin-Nun, CEO of HumanEyes Technologies.

Vuze XR camera features:

  • The ability to switch between 2D 360° mode (when the camera is closed) and 3D VR180 mode (when the camera is open)
  • Video resolution up to 5.7 K at 30fps or up to 4K at 60fps (H. 264 MP4)
  • 18MP photo resolution
  • “Stitching” on the camera for up to 4K resolution, and on the desktop for up to 5.7 K resolution.
  • The ability to stream live to the most popular social networks, including Facebook and YouTube, in both 360° and VR180.
  • Google VR180 Certification.

The camera offers content creators a set of tools and accessories to facilitate editing and sharing of 360° and VR180 content, including:

  • The Vuze XR Mobile App: For iOS and Android, the app provides remote control of the camera via Wi-Fi, preview of photos and videos, editing and the ability to upload and stream live to social networks. It also includes stabilization control, photo and video filters, virtual stickers, the possibility to add text, color adjustments and the “Directors Montage” mode with various effects.
  • Desktop editing software: For Mac and Windows, the software supports basic and advanced editing and stitching features for VR180 and 360° content, including live streaming in both VR180 and 360°, as well as direct social sharing.
  • Fittings: Vuze XR camera accessories include a tripod available for€ 29.95 and a submersible case available for€ 99.95, which support 360° and VR180.
