First cargo company (PGK) has implemented a monitoring depot and current trepachkine repairs on SAP solutions. The General contractor for the digital transformation was made by the vendor company SAP
CIS.
It is expected that the “digital core” SAP S/4HANA will be the base for the rapid introduction of advanced Analytics and machine learning in key business processes. New functionality will allow PGK
to strengthen control over the repair of cars, to integrate the work with the accompanying documentation in a single system.
Digitized repairs of carriages – part of a new unified accounting system that allows you to better control the cost of repairs, and in the future to implement and use such innovative technologies and
solutions like unified register of carriages and passport of the wagon with the optimization of the related processes.
Specialists GK ITPS joined the project team during the implementation phase of the developed solutions.
