Tieto, a Finnish company specialized in providing outsourcing IT services and Telecom solutions and consulting, announced the appointment of Andrey Konev
Director of Digital Transformation and Consulting in Russia and CIS countries.
The main duties of Mr. Konev on new posts will be: business development and promotion of DTC services in Russia, the development of new proposals and sales channels. DTC proposals include: Digital
Service Design (DSD), Customer Interaction Management (CIM) and consulting services. Also, one of the main objectives of Mr. Konev will be support close cooperation with Tieto
Microsoft and other partners.
Mr. Konev moved to Tieto from Microsoft Russia, where over the past years was Director of Partner programs and strategies.
