The company “Intalev” announced the completion of the project on automation of the Ukrainian network “Cosmo” (the owner – the company “SUMATRA-LTD”).
The customer had optimized the processes associated with the formation of orders to suppliers and receiving and posting of the goods.
According to representatives of “Intalev”, the project started with training seminar “Process approach”, which the project team from the customer were fully informed about the basics
process approach. The next step was to work directly on the selected process, its description and optimization.
The symbiosis of the experience of experts in intaglio and knowledge of the specialists of the “SUMATRA LTD” in the subject area allowed the client company from a different angle to look at the analyzed business process and other
related processes, to see problems and opportunities that were previously considered normal.
