iPhone data usage abroad
My cousin was going on a skiing holiday and therefore had a question regarding. data on her iPhone. She obviously wants to turn it off, such that she does not end up with a mega bill. The problem with data abroad is that the agreement / subscription you have with your Danish telecommunications company is waived. So even if you possibly. have FREE DATA, it will therefore not apply abroad. Fortunately, it’s incredibly easy to disable, see the guide below. 1. Go in “Settings“and then “Generally”
2. Now you have to choose “Network“and then disable “Data roaming”. If you want to make sure it’s turned off, also choose to disable “Mobile data”. Data roaming means that it will not work abroad – but still in Denmark-but can you trust it ? I would choose to disable them both!
