Thursday, October 23, FSUE Russian scientific center (RSC) “Kurchatov Institute” announced a contest to select the performer of scientific research work on topic “development of the concept and
technical requirements for the establishment of a national information and telecommunication systems for a leading public scientific and educational institutions”.
According to the tender documentation, RSC requires a document justifying the establishment of a national information and communication system “in the interests of science and education”. Moreover, this system needs
include high-speed telecommunications backbone infrastructure, the distributed coherent system of data processing centers (DPC). The contractor is also required proposals for
the emergence of networked information services for joint users of information and communication systems. In these documents the contractor shall indicate the technical
requirements for creating systems, the structure and content of the relevant work requirements to the composition and content of works on preparation of automation object for putting into operation, requirements for
information security and so Preparing these documents RRC was estimated at 37 million rubles.
“Kurchatov Institute” accepts applications for participation in the competition until November 25, and its results plans to bring the 1 December.
