The pull of mobile virtual reality continues to give talk, and this time it is the manufacturer LG who announces a device for its G3 phone. This is a plastic version of Google Cardboard made to measure for this smartphone.
It is a good initiative to give the case away with the purchase of the smartphone, but perhaps LG could have tried a little harder and offered a more comfortable device, since as seen in the image it does not even have a foam so that rubbing with the face is not annoying. Of course, on one side it has the NFC magnet that allows us to interact with the applications designed for Cardboard, it has the slot for the rear camera and we understand that the G3 will fit like a glove.
Recall that the G3 comes with Android 5 Lollipop installed and offers a 5.5″ screen with 2560×1440 resolution, a quad core CPU at 2.5 GHz, 16 GB of internal memory and a 3000 mAh battery. It is, therefore, a high-end terminal with which we should get a reasonably good experience in the Android SBS applications.
