Together with its new Mi Note2 and Xiaomi Mix, the Chinese company has presented the Mi VR, new VR glasses compatible with its latest terminal models (Mi5, Mi5s, Mi5sPlus and the Mi Note2 itself).
Xiaomi has launched a renewal of its previous mobile viewer, which was nothing more than a somewhat improved Cardboard, and compatible with practically any device. But this time, as we can see in the image, they have opted for a design similar to that of Playstation VR, and also have their own motion and stabilization sensors that provide according to the brand a latency of only 16 ms.
Along with the helmet itself, a command similar to that of the Daydream platform is included, with which it has been confirmed that the device will be compatible. This remote has a 9-axis motion sensor, buttons and touch surface. In addition to being compatible with Daydream, they have their own content platform, to which more applications and 360º videos will be added from its launch in China on November 4. Its cost at the exchange will be about € 25.
