On Friday, August 1, the Moscow city Fund of obligatory medical insurance (FOMS) has announced that it is conducting a competition to select a contractor associated with the introduction of the experienced
operation and expansion of functions APK LPU implementing the objectives of the MLA and the national project “Health”.
According to customer’s stipulated in the competition work is done in the development of AIS mandatory medical insurance, which is the Central hardware-software complex
(CAPC) and the hardware-software complex of medical-preventive establishments (LPU APK).
The basis of AIS OMS was established by the end of 2003. This year, commissioned by the Moscow HIF, in the framework of the pilot project has created a new APK health facilities in ten hospitals
capital. These complexes are expected to be able to simultaneously solve the MLA and the national project “Health”. It is, in particular, on the collection, processing and storage of necessary information

According to the competitive documentation, the winner will have to complete a new APK and enter them in trial operation. Under the revision is meant to create the program of training of users
to work with the application of these complexes, development of operational documentation APK LPU, to achieve sustainable and smooth functioning, creation of techno-working project subsystems
monitoring and administration complexes, two-way data exchange between the agricultural institutions and CAPC AIS OMS, ensure patients ‘ access to medical and sociological information and identification
health care APK LPU on the basis of plastic cards.
For this activity the customer is willing to pay up to 60 million 260 thousand.
