The users, aboard a combat helicopter, will have to defend the city from the fearsome attacks of the great mutant monster.
Bandai Namco prepare a cooperative experience for 4 players based on Godzilla they will make their debut at the end of the year with their new center VR Zone Osaka, Japan. Users will face together the fearsome Japanese monster mounted in virtual helicopters, which in the real world will be chairs with a joystick on each side, able to offer movement to recreate the vibrations and impacts we receive during our combat. In turn, each of them will use a Vive Pro viewer to enter the virtual world.
As we can see in the trailer above, the experience will offer different epic moments with destruction of the city included. On board the combat helicopters, the objective of the users, who will have access to a huge arsenal of high-powered weapons, will be to protect the city from the devastating destruction of the huge mutant dinosaur Godzilla, which will launch attacks like its well-known atomic breath.
The company opened its first locations in the West this year and also launched an experience of the Square Enix RPG Dragon Quest saga, which is currently available at the Shinjuku location. In addition, they recently announced the creation of a special division to boost their arcades.
