RU-CENTER has provided ICANN, the equipment and technological platform required to ensure the operation of L-Root.
Deploying node of the root servers in Russia, aimed at improving resiliency of the domain name system (DNS) and stability of its functioning. The project implementation allowed to increase
the geographical distribution of the critical infrastructure of the global DNS and its resistance to high loads, for example, DDoS attacks.
