SuperJob have found out from employers what criteria their companies is the selection of young specialists.
The survey polled 1,000 representatives of companies and organizations from all districts of the country providing vacancies to graduates. Respondents were asked to choose two
main and additional criteria of selection of young professionals, as well as two key personal competences a priority for their company.
Among the key criteria of selection of young professionals in the first place — business qualities of the candidate (64%). The presence of minimal experience, it is important for virtually every second of the employer (49%).
The level and quality of education drew attention to the 28% of companies. Knowledge of the activity values every five employers (21%).
Additional selection criteria for home — computer skills (53%). Experience internships important for every fourth employer (26%), the level of academic performance for each
a fifth (20%), knowledge of a foreign language for 11%.
Most popular personal competence of young specialists was achievement motivation (48%). For 44% of employers are important-discipline, to 42% — the ability to work in a team. The desire
for self-education is valuable for 31% of the companies having leadership qualities — for 8%.
7 years since similar research approach employers to the selection of young professionals has changed. Despite the fact that personal competence for graduates
universities are still a key characteristic that employers have a little less to appreciate it, turned his attention to the presence of at least a minimum of experience and knowledge of activities.
Companies also are less likely to focus on the level of education and achievement. The initiative today is valued less than in 2013, and the ability to work in a team — more.
