Ping program with log file
Here you have a program that can automatically ping an IP address, and at the same time create a log file. Windows can also ping, but unfortunately you do not get any log file with info. The log file is an ordinary. text file that can be opened with notepad, or other word processing software.
The program is called Jac-Ping, it is easy to use as well as free. I often use Jac-Ping to troubleshoot on different network equipment. It could be an internet connection or an access point that should be unstable, then you can use programs to ping and thus check if there are outages.
