The artist has created a comic book quiz on Quill, using some of the characters from Dragon Ball.
Goro Fujitaa former art director at Oculus Story Studio and now an artist-in-residence on Facebook’s VR team, he has posted a video of a VR adaptation, created with Quill, of a page from a Dragon Ball Z comic on social media, making it clear that virtual reality comics (or Quill comics) “will be something big.” The work is available through the Facebook Spaces app.
Then, the video that allows us to get an idea of what it means:
I’m now convinced that VR comics will be a thing! : D Took a dragon ball page and made a #VR # Quill version of it. Check it out in VR in # FacebookSpaces! pic.twitter.com/cowiN2aT1J

“Now I’m convinced that VR comics will be something big!”.
Through Facebook he shares that he wanted to dedicate a little more time to his daily drawing, making an interpretation of what it would be like to take a comic to the immersive medium, and for this he created several vignettes in which Piccolo appears protecting Son Gohan. “How rewarding this experiment was. I’d read comics like this. Quill comics will become something big.”
Until now we have seen applications that allow us to read comics in virtual reality or even immerse ourselves in environments related to the story, but what Fujita shows is to go a step further, with depth (3D) and some animation.
