“Raiffeisen Online Business”: the payments by QR ceducation Alexandrov | 20.08.2020
Raiffeisenbank announced that clients from segment of small and micro-businesses can now accept payments through the faster payments System (SBP) using a QR code in a mobile application “Raiffeisen Business
Online.”
The service supports two scenarios. The first option to generate the QR code get the cashiers. To do this on their tablets or smartphones should be installed “Raiffeisen
Business Online”. Cashier with the help of RBM creates a separate QR for each customer. The buyer then scans the code with their smartphone and pay application account with your Bank. Then the cashier
verifies the payment. The second scenario gives access to the generation of QR codes couriers. The interaction of the courier and the buyer is the same way at the time of delivery of the goods to the house.
To generate QR code you must open the item “QR store” in the main menu “Raiffeisen Online Business” and to indicate the amount of payment. After that, the screen appears the code
the buyer can use to pay.
Using a QR code from SBP for cashless payment solves for customers three important questions. Firstly, new customers can start accepting cash payments without any additional
costs. For QR codes, the company does not need to buy or rent a terminal, the service is available immediately in the mobile app. Secondly, the money transferred to the account online, allowing you to avoid
the so-called financial gap between the payment and receipt of funds. Third, reduce the cost of accepting cash payments — fees are between 0.4-0.7% and the average size of the fee in the case
connecting and acquiring, and QR codes will be much lower.
To accept payments by scanning the QR code of the company is not required to fully pass on acquiring Raiffeisenbank — the service can provide in addition to the terminal of another Bank. However, to enroll
funds necessary settlement account opened at Raiffeisenbank. Further, if desired, the customer can go to the mode of acquiring plus URS.
