A Catalan startup offers a virtual reality attraction for 5 players in the neighborhood of Sants.
Red Helmet it offers us the possibility of enjoying a virtual reality experience for 5 players, which has been designed by themselves. In it we will have to survive together different enemy types. As for technology, the company uses SteamVR and users are equipped with Vive Pro scopes, a MAG P90 rifle positioned with a motion controller and a backpack equipment to move physically throughout the space without having to worry about cables.
“What is really groundbreaking about our video game is that when you want to go to an object placed on the virtual stage, you have to really walk until you reach it,” says Álvaro Gámiz, CEO of Red Helmet Innovations.
The company has the possibility of making reservations through its website, and its premises are located next to the Barcelona train station (c/Tarragona, 114, Local 15). In this way, the offer of virtual salons in Spain continues to increase, adding the Red Helmet center to others such as Zero Latency, which will soon open another store in the Catalan territory.
