More and more people are venturing into the Baker’s house to experience terror like never before.
Resident Evil 7, the latest installment in Capcom’s horror saga, has already exceeded half a million users (501.026) who have immersed themselves in the game with the Sony viewer. Since April, when Capcom published the game’s sales figures (more than 5 million copies), the title has added a total of 63,775 new users. A figure that may have increased not only by the arrival of new users to PSVR, but also by the continuous discounts it has suffered in recent months, the most recent being this summer, which reduced its price temporarily to€18.99.
Despite the apparent success of the immersive mode in the saga, which has a share of 13.92% with respect to all title holders on all platforms, the company will not include VR support in the remake of Resident Evil 2, mainly for the perspective of the camera, which this time is not in the first person, but in the third and standing above the shoulder of the character.
At the moment, the only platform where you can enjoy Resident Evil 7 in virtual reality remains PSVR.
