“Rosnedvizhimost” bought “It” General licenziyu Monday, March 23, the company’s “It” announced that the “Rosnedvizhimost” acquired her General license for use of a document management system “BOSS-Referent:
The public administration”.
Such license allows an organization to create an unlimited number of workstations for users of the workflow system.
The development and implementation SED “ROSNEDVIZHIMOSTI” implemented on the platform IBM Lotus Domino/Notes software product “BOSS-Referent”, the company’s “It” began in 2004.
The original system users were employees of the Central apparatus of the Agency. Gradually to SED “ROSNEDVIZHIMOSTI” was connected all the territorial administration. The total number
users of EDS in 2008 amounted to about 2 thousand people.
The “Rosnedvizhimost” and assess our needs 30 thousand user licenses, therefore we were talking about buying a General license. The supplier licenses the customer was determined by the results
auction.
Currently SED “ROSNEDVIZHIMOSTI” functions in the Central office, in all 84 regional offices and 40 cadastre chambers Agency. The system covers all organisational levels
structure and supports the work of more than 10 thousand employees throughout Russia.
