On Tuesday, August 12, the company Parus has announced that it has initiated the creation of automated enterprise management system in the Scientific-production center of automatics and instrument making
imeni Akademika N. A. Pilyugina.
According to the company, in the course of the project it is planned to automate all production processes of the customer.
To date, the “Sail” conducted a pre-project study centre, has prepared a plan for completion of the relevant works and proceeded to the first stage. Here the contractor will be using the module
system “Sail” — “Management of procurement, warehouse and implementation” to automate core business processes of departments of supplies and equipment, planning and economic Department in obtaining the
information about planned and actual expenditure on contracts for procurement.
In addition, the “Sail” expects the first phase to partially automate the work of the financial Department of the customer and of the Department of technical control. Thus, as expected, the company will create 20
workstations of these systems.
At this stage the company should develop a mechanism for creating a single enterprise reference database to which you want to enable a range of parts and Assembly units
specifications, norms of consumption of basic and auxiliary materials, operational labour standards, etc.
All listed works “Sail” expects to complete by the end of this year.
The cost of the first stage, as the whole project, the partners are not known.
