Sberbank of Russia will provide “Sibirtelekoma” three billion rubles| 13.05.2009
Wednesday, may 13, inter-regional company of communication (MRK) “Sibirtelecom” announced the results of the auction for the right of conclusion of the contract of non-revolving credit line in the amount of 3 billion rubles.
According to the IRS, the auction included three lots, the subject of each of which was non-revolving credit line with a limit of RUB 1 billion Bid for participation in the auction received only from
one Bank – “Sberbank” of Russia. As a result, the auction was recognized invalid. However “Sibirtelecom” sign with Sberbank three agreements on opening of non-revolving credit lines
the initial (maximum) price of the contract (the size of each credit line of RUB 1 billion, the validity is 5 years and the interest rate is 20% per annum).
Raised funds IRAS intends to use to Finance the investment program of 2009 and refinancing of current liabilities.
