Set up signature in your Outlook 2010
Here is a guide on how to set up a signature in the Outlook 2010 email program. When I sign, I mean, of course, a solid text with contact information about you or your company. With a signature at the bottom of your email, you avoid writing “Best regards Michael” Every time you have created a new email. Below is a step by step guide to setting up signature in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
1. When standing inside Outlook, tap “files“and then “Settings”
2. Select “Entry“in the left and then “Signatures”
3. Below I already have 2 PCs. signatures. I create a new signature by clicking “New”.
4. Give it a name and press “OK”
5. Type your text at the bottom and choose when you want to use it on the top right.
