Shared calendars stand before my own in Outlook
If you have problems with your Outlook calendar appearing last, instead of first, see how this is solved in this guide. The problem can occur if you run Outlook Exchange and have opened other people’s calendars, i.e. shared calendars in Outlook. Usually your own calendar is first, so you can easily and quickly get an overview of your own calendar. If your shared calendars are first, you can easily make an appointment wrong, if you are of course used to your own usually standing there. Below is a guide to how this can be solved, see possibly. picture so you can better understand what I mean.
1. As you can see below in the picture, my own calendar finally puts (no. 3) in the overview that Outlook comes with. Usually one’s own calendar puts first(no. 1) so you can quickly access it, but in this case my shared calendars will be shown first. To change it so that your calendar appears first, look further down.
2. To solve it, right-click on” shared calendars ” and select Move Down – see if necessary. picture. When this is done, you will change the way Microsoft Outlook displays your calendars, i.e. the top one has first priority and the next one has second priority, etc. In the same way, you can also control the order in which you want your shared Outlook calendars to be displayed, i.e. for the individual people you have added.
3. Now I have changed it and so you can see in the picture below my own calendar appears first.
