“Sinterra” has joined with Samara, Togliatti| 07.09.2009
Monday, September 7, the company “Sinterra” has announced the completion of the work to create the trunk of Samara – Togliatti.
Named the FOL passes through Samara, Novosemeykino, Krasnyy Yar, Visnovku, peace, Kurumoch, of Vinci, the Zelenivka and Togliatti. Its length is 110 km and an initial throughput
capacity – 10 GB/s.
According to the operator, the basis for a new “backbone” of the fiber was purchased from company “Intertel.com”, included in the group “Samtelekom”.
With the establishment of new lines of communication, “Sinterra” intend to offer operators of settlements, through which optic fiber services of international/intercity communications, rent of main channels,
services based on network IP MPLS, Internet access, access to network resources data centers and distributed call-center. In addition, such companies, the operator is ready to offer to participate in the program for the development
regional “mini-networks WiMAX”.
