Thursday, March 26, the company “Sitroniks” declared “on the full implementation of commitments to repurchase own ruble-denominated bonds, series 01, in the amount of up to RUB 3 billion”. The paying agent on the transaction
made by the company Renaissance Capital.
“The company is prepared to repurchase bonds, says Vice President for Finance and investments of SITRONICS Marina Zabolotneva, and were ready for the scenario in which we would have to redeem with
market almost the full amount of the issue. In the future, we hope that the high coupon rate at 22% in light of the improving operating performance of our business will attract new investors.”
